Working on the Adriatic Link converter station at Fano or the cable route? Tell us your crew size, dates and trade package and we will source long-stay housing across Fano, Pesaro and Senigallia.
We arrange accommodation for contractors in Fano on a project basis, priced for the length of the stay rather than a nightly rate.

Terna is building the Adriatic Link, a 1,000 MW direct current interconnector of 251 km, 210 km of it subsea, between the Fano substation in Marche and the Cepagatti substation in Abruzzo. The environment ministry authorised it in January 2024, onshore works began in late 2024, and the EIB puts the total cost at about €1.63bn, with €1.5bn of financing from the EIB, SACE and Intesa Sanpaolo. The converter stations are an EPC contract for a joint venture of Siemens Energy, FATA, Impresa Manca and Impresa Pizzulo, with Manca on the Fano civil works, valued at €33.5m.
The Fano station sits on a site of about 6.5 ha in the Carrara district, and its civil works run from October 2025 to November 2029. Cable trenching in Fano started in July 2025. A residents' committee has campaigned against the station, and a €12m compensation package was agreed locally. Crews base in Fano, Pesaro and Senigallia along the coast.
We source long-stay accommodation for teams with confirmed work at the Fano converter station or on the cable route, matched to the site access rather than a generic coastal search.
We assess practical locations across Fano, Pesaro and Senigallia based on your actual site access, commute, crew size, parking and accommodation standards rather than a generic city search.
We can source for specialist rotations, staggered arrivals, multi-month assignments and extensions as packages move through the programme, subject to live availability.
We look for accommodation with kitchens, laundry, reliable WiFi, parking and suitable bedroom configurations for sustained assignments.
