Working on Transpennine Route Upgrade closures or the Ravensthorpe works? Tell us your crew size, dates and shift pattern and we will source long-stay housing across Huddersfield, Mirfield, Dewsbury and Brighouse.
We arrange accommodation for contractors in Huddersfield on a project basis, priced for the length of the stay rather than a nightly rate.

Network Rail's Transpennine Route Upgrade is a programme of about £11bn on the railway between Manchester and York via Huddersfield and Leeds, with £7.3bn approved so far. In West Yorkshire the live sites run from Huddersfield station through Mirfield and Ravensthorpe to Dewsbury and Batley. Huddersfield had a 30 day closure in 2025 and 16 days of works in autumn 2026, with a 38 day station closure planned before reopening on 1 February 2027. At Ravensthorpe, the 350 m Baker Viaduct and a new station make up one of the largest active civil engineering sites in Britain, with the new station due in summer 2028.
The Ravensthorpe viaduct is running about six months late, with structural completion due in January 2027 and track and signalling work on it to June 2027, and Mirfield works continue through 2027. Network Rail says more than 85% of the programme's roughly 5,000 workers live within 40 miles, so accommodation demand comes from specialist crews, night shift teams and resources brought in for closures. They base in Huddersfield, Mirfield, Dewsbury and Brighouse.
We source long-stay accommodation for teams with confirmed work on TRU closures and civils between Huddersfield and Dewsbury, matched to the worksite and shift pattern rather than a generic Leeds search.
We assess practical locations across Huddersfield, Mirfield, Dewsbury and Brighouse based on your actual site access, commute, crew size, parking and accommodation standards rather than a generic city search.
We can source for specialist rotations, staggered arrivals, multi-month assignments and extensions as packages move through the programme, subject to live availability.
We look for accommodation with kitchens, laundry, reliable WiFi, parking and suitable bedroom configurations for sustained assignments.
